Instructions for Complete Cleansing Program

AM Regimen

• Take 4 capsules of Morning Solution on an empty stomach with a minimum of 16 oz of water.
• 1/2 hour later eat a balanced breakfast (see booklet inside for suggestions).
• Exercise for 15 minutes.

Snack

• Eat a small nutritious snack (see booklet inside for suggestions).
• Drink a minimum of 16 oz of water

Lunch

• Eat a well balanced lunch (see booklet inside for suggestions).
• Drink a minimum of 16 oz of water.

Snack

• Eat a small nutritious snack (see booklet inside for suggestions).
• Drink a minimum of 16 oz of water

PM Regimen

• Take 4 capsules of Evening Solution on an empty stomach with a minimum of 16 oz of water.
• 1/2 hour later eat a well balanced dinner (see booklet inside for suggestions).
• Exercise for 15 minutes.

Jumpstart (Optional)

• On the day before you begin your cleanse, take all 4 capsules with 24 oz of water.
• For your comfort, wait 15 minutes and drink an additional 12-24 oz of water.
• Do not eat any large meals prior to or while taking this product.
• As part of the toxin elimination process, be sure to urinate frequently.
• Avoid unwanted toxins.
