Natural Gamma-E contains alpha-tocopherol balanced with gamma-tocopherol, providing a natural synergy of vitamin E antioxidant support. Recent research demonstrates that gamma-tocopherol complements alpha-tocopherol, synergizing cardiovascular and immune support. Both decrease arterial peroxidation and LDL oxidation, and both enhance SOD activity – but gamma-tocopherol really shines as a scavenger of peroxynitrite. The balance used in Natural Gamma-E Full Spectrum Tocopherols is crucial, because excessive alpha-tocopherol may deplete plasma gamma-tocopherol. Natural tocopherols come from soy.
