DESCRIPTION Rehab Support Formula™, provided by Douglas Laboratories, is a synergistic and comprehensive combination of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, herbals, and other nutrients, carefully formulated and specifically designed to support optimal tissue healing that follows injury.
