As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet in the evening. Suggestions: Start out with 1 tablet in the evening on an empty stomach. Increase by one tablet each evening until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day. Maintain that dosage until loose stool develops. When you experience loose stool, simply decrease the dosage by 1 tablet. Maintain the lower dosage until loose stool develops. Decrease each time loose stool develops until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day on your own-do not exceed 6 tablets of this product per day.

Hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate, soy polysaccharides and magnesium stearate.

This product contains Cascara Sagrada. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
