The Bowel Discomfort complex has many uses. It relieves intestinal pain, gas, bloating, and poor digestion and helps restore intestinal function in recurring intestinal problems or after antibiotic use.
It is different from the Indigestion-Gas complex in that the latter is for occasional, and more acute indigestion problems.
Directions: Take 3 to 6 drops on the tongue 15 minutes before each meal. When the Constipationcomplex is not sufficient, the problem may be in the small intestine and the body may benefit from Bowel Discomfort. Take the Detoxifier at night and the Constipation and Bowel Discomfort in the morning before breakfast.
For long-standing conditions, it may take several weeks to obtain completeresults. If constipation is alternating with diarrhea, combine Detoxifier with Bowel Discomfort.
ADD, hyperactivity, or nervousness is often caused by intestinal and nervous system deficiencies. Combine the Detoxifier at night with Bowel Discomfort and Nervousness or Stage Fright each morning before breakfast for a long period of time.
For irritable bowel syndrome, combine Detoxifier at bedtime with Bowel Discomfort and Diarrhea complexes before breakfast each day. Repeat during the day if cramps or diarrhea occur.
For candida or yeast infections, combine Detoxifier with Bowel Discomfort and Candida complexes. Take Detoxifier at bedtime and the Bowel Discomfort before breakfast; repeat during the day whenever candida symptoms are bothersome.
For grand mal seizures, combine Detoxifier and Bowel Discomfort and seek assistance from a health practitioner.
