N-acetyl cysteine is a more stable form of the sulfur amino acid L-cysteine, and is a powerful cysteine and glutathione precursor. Glutathione is a major antioxidant as the cofactor for glutathione peroxidase, one of the most important antioxidant enzymes in the body, particularly in the liver. Additionally, a meta-analysis of human clinical trials has reported that N-acetyl cysteine supplementation supports respiratory health.

Suggested Use: 1 to 3 tablets daily.

Allergies: Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy or wheat. Contains no sugar, starch, salt, preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.

Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate.
