Refining removes the plant cellulose which is responsible for helping assure regular bowel movements.
Constipation is a mild homeopathic laxative. It relieves gas and bloating, and assures regular elimination.
It is also helpful for temporary constipation that sometimes occurs after childbirth.
DIRECTIONS: Take 3 to 6 drops on the tongue before breakfast and again in the afternoon.
