I take vein supreme and pycnogenol for poor circulation in legs and hands, after a week I feel like a new person with more energy and more alert.  leg pain gone, hands feel better but but as improved as legs.  I am 88 years young and feel like lower 70s again!  Also try to fix all organic meals, believe me it is very difficult when living in a small community and one supermarket.  Thank goodness we have a fantastic health food/vitamin store with predominately NOW products and several organic foods.
