He designed the personal training area of the site, wrote many articles, and worked as the site's online personal trainer. A good program of proper nutrition, exercise, and supplementation work well together for fat loss, muscle gain, and a healthy body. Eating frequent small meals throughout the day really revs up your metabolism, stabilizes blood sugar levels, and keeps insulin levels under control. You never feel too hungry or too full, and you burn off much of what you eat(as opposed to eating larger meals- you burn some of it off, and store a lot).
