Serving Size: 2 Teaspoon

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, begin with 1/2 teaspoon daily added to water or juice. Gradually increase quantity up to 2 teaspoon per day as desired. For maintenance use, consume 1/2-1 teaspoon.
