Seeing that I am without health insurance, I am unable to afford medical help at this time.  I know I suffer from an underactive thyroid.  I picked up this product and after 1 dosage felt an immediate cease of pounding heart palpitations and hot flashes!  My mind seemed more restful and I was able to sleep soundly for the first time in months.  I am thankful for it...
