Carlson Labs ACES + Zn provides the nutrients in the original ACES formula, plus the mineral zinc. It combines four nutrients have been recognized for their antioxidant qualities, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Zinc. Studies have shown zinc is necessary for the proper functioning of the immune system, as it is an important component of another of the body's antioxidant enzymes: Superoxide Dismutase.

Vitamin A nourishes membranes in the body, in the eyes and skin as well as some disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. It is important in the formation of bones and teeth, aids in fat storage and protects against colds, influenza, and respiratory infections. It supports cardiovascular health, and also helps to slow the aging process.
