Vitamin B-12 (Cyanocobalamin) is a water soluble vitamin necessary for the maintenance of a healthy nervous system and for the metabolic utilization of fats and proteins.  Vitamin B-12 is also essential for the synthesis of DNA during cell division and therefore is especially important for rapidly multiplying cells, such as blood cells.  In addition, adequate intake of Vitamin B-12, along with Folic Acid and Vitamin B-6, encourages healthy serum homocysteine levels, thereby supporting cardiovascular health.

B12 allows your body to make heme, a chemical component of hemoglobin  that transports oxygen in your blood. Your body must constantly generate heme to make red blood cells, and cobalamin prevents this heme production. Taking vitamin B12 helps ensure you can make enough healthy red blood cells to oxygenate your tissue.  It also maintains healthy myelin, a fatty substance that promote nerve function, so supplementing with vitamin B12 helps protect against nerve damage caused by myelin breakdown.

Suggested Usage:  Shake well before use.  As a dietary supplement, in the morning, take one dropperful, hold in mouth for 30 seconds, then swallow.   Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® B-Complex, Folic Acid and TMG.  Refrigerate after opening to maximize freshness.
