Natural Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant carotenoid and the pigment that gives tomatoes, watermelon and pink grapefruit their characteristic red color.  Clinical studies have indicated that natural Lycopene works thorugh a number of mechanisms to support cardiovascular health and immune function.  In addition, epidemiological studies have determined that Lycopene may be particularly important for the support of prostate health, as well as for the health of the digestive tract.

Lycopene  may reduce sun damage by 35%. Studies have shown that this phytonutrient neutralizes harmful free radicals created by the sun’s UVA and UVB rays. It's function as an antioxidant prevents free radicals from disrupting the balance of new bone formation with the bone loss that naturally occurs with age. When that balance is thrown off, bone loss exceeds bone formation, causing the brittle bone disease osteoporosis.

Lycopene is well known specifically to help prevent many forms of cancer as well as the prevention and treatments of many illnesses and diseases such as:

Serving Size:  1 Softgel

Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, take one softgel daily, preferably with meals.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Saw Palmetto, Broccology™ and Soy Isoflavones.

Other Ingredients:  Rice Bran Oil and Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water).
